I went to the Tsunami Express in Menasha on July 20th at about 4:10pm. I didn't get the you mans name or see get a chance to read his names tag. I was tired from work. However he was very friendly and prompt. My car looked amazing after.

I had a very disappointing experience with Tsunami Car Wash. After using the wash, I noticed a significant crack in the windshield of my 2026 Volkswagen Atlas immediately after exiting and reported it before leaving the property. An incident report was completed. The company later denied the claim, stating there was a pre-existing chip, but they refused to provide any screenshot or evidence supporting that conclusion. I also visited the site after being told the manager could assist me, but the staff/manager appeared unaware of my claim and could not explain the investigation or denial. The windshield replacement estimate is about $1,800 due to required calibration. I expected a clearer and more transparent process, especially when the decision was based on video footage they would not show or meaningfully explain. Very frustrating experience.

Very satisfied with the value and quality of the car wash. Another added bonus that I like is they always have treats for my dog who's always looking forward to one every time we come. All the employees are super friendly.

Absolutely love the people that work at tusami. The service is always great. The car wash itself is always consistent, but they really need to improve their drying system.Something that would hit the rear end of your car. Because of the drawing, that's why it's only a 3 star improve that. And you're an easy 5

Please be aware! The employees are so kind and helpful at this location. If it weren't for the terrible corporate customer service and the constant errors with automic withdrawal on my membership(s) I would give them 5 stars! I have been a customer since they opened this location. DO NOT get a membership here. I thought little bank errors here and there were a mistake and gave them several chances over the years. They will gladly double charge you, raise your fees unexpectedly, Falsely promote and take out extra money from automatic withdrawals. Through all of my troubles the longest it took to receive an answer through corporate customer service after contacting them was a month and a half. The shortest was three weeks. The poor managers and employees at the carwash get the same run around so you have to deal with corporate. I can't wait to go to one of the 7 other car washes that are just a few miles radius from this location.
